Here is a lovely kitchen that uses simple colors and neutral shades in a stunning fashion by simply adding a vivacious wall colored in purple as part of the kitchen backdrop. Elegant, rich and sophisticated, this design is ideal for those looking to strike a balance between modern minimalism and bold expressiveness and a touch of playfulness.
Lyonette Tessier Kitchen, November 03rd , 2017. New company Plykea launched a series of birch ply doors and worktops that can be attached to IKEA’s ‘Metod’ kitchen cupboards. Digital product designer Tim Diacon wanted a speedy way in which to create a handsome kitchen on a finite budget. Already possessing an IKEA kitchen, Tim searched for a company that could make a set of birch ply fronts. Unsuccessful in his quest, Tim turned to his friend Adam Vergette for help—Adam is a furniture designer and a one-time production worker with Vitsœ. The two men hatched a plan to create an online service that would provide reasonably priced bespoke plywood doors, drawer fronts, worktops and cover panels for IKEA kitchen cabinets: and so Plykea was born.
Ivonne Meunier Kitchen, November 03rd , 2017. There are so many colors that go amazingly well with white. The wall, floor, cabinets backsplash, countertop and appliances can carry the color that works magic with your white base. Let’s have a look at some of the attractive colors in a kitchen, shall we?
Lyonette Tessier Kitchen, November 03rd , 2017. When there is white, yellow’s definitely got to be there. It gives out that fresh, cheerful vibes which can uplift the moods. Our suggestion would be to yellow light fixtures over your kitchen island, and maybe the top of your walls. Couple it with cool brown bar stools and you are all set.
Lyonette Tessier Kitchen, November 03rd , 2017. It’s possible to have a bright kitchen filled with light and also lots of storage. Consider windows instead of the standard backsplash and clerestory windows just above the wall-mounted cabinets. It’s the strategy employed by Berghuis Construction when putting together this modern black and white kitchen.
Lyonette Tessier Kitchen, November 03rd , 2017. This is a kitchen designed by Crescent Builds. It has a strong traditional, almost rustic design but with a modern edge. The window backsplash is definitely an interesting feature. It doesn‘t covers the entire space between the counter and the cabinets, leaving a tiled section that incorporates the electric outlets.

Lavernia Pierre Kitchen, November 03rd , 2017. There is no doubt that this kitchen is stunning, and the mix of modern and traditional is so seamless! The center cooking area looks like it belongs in a professional chef’s kitchen, and the stove blends right in with the cabinets. The result: the island stands as a whole, like a kitchen within a kitchen. Even the cabinet pulls match the handles on the oven – it’s brilliant.
Lyonette Tessier Kitchen, November 03rd , 2017. Trendy kitchen that is draped in a dazzling display of violet, this is an ideal kitchen color scheme for those who wish to incorporate plenty of zest and abundant liveliness while not giving up on the sleek and refined urban look. The gorgeous shelves, whether in violet or in white are the showstoppers here thanks to their distinctive presence, while the glittering countertop and exquisite arrangement add to their allure.
Lyonette Tessier Kitchen, November 03rd , 2017. While in all the above kitchen designs we have seen a presence of vivid tones and glittering surfaces that draw your attention, the last one in the collection tones down the ‘oomph’ with natural shades and sober surfaces that stand out in their own unique way. A fantastic kitchen plan for those who like the less ‘glitzy’ variants, this kitchen is spacious, graceful, craftily built and employs neutral colors to create a tranquil setting. Natural lighting and a lovely rug at its heart further highlight its exquisiteness.
